Welcome to the traditional Taekwon Do Server.

This server contains mainly information about the korean martial art Taekwon Do, as it is taught at the Volkshochschule München and Volkshochschule Pullach. There are also links to other martial arts, as well as information about women's self defense (currently only in german language). There is now also information about Japanese Sword Arts (contributed by Al Bowers).

This server is under construction of course.

• What is Taekwon Do
  This document tries to give an overview of Taekwon Do, and in parts describes techniques and forms in detail. The document is under heavy construction.

  Special Version of Hyongs for handicapped people (wihtout arms).

  Here you find the course program of the Volkshochschule München and Pullach, and hints to other schools in the Munich region.
