The described pattern reflects the form taught at the Volkshochschule München and Volkshochschule Pullach as well as associated Taekwon Do schools. Other schools may teach the pattern with slight differences. Ask your master for the correct form for your school. As differences are known to the author, they are marked.

Ready posture: Narani-Sogi

1.
Move left foot into direction L1 in Kima-Sogi. At same time execute a slow but powerful punch with left fist to V.

Execute a middle punch to V with the right fist while maintaining Kima-Sogi.

Execute a middle punch to V with the left fist while maintaining Kima-Sogi.

Perform movements 1-3 in the following rhythm: 1. slow, 2 and 3 fast (explosiv).

Pull left foot to the right foot, and then move right foot into direction R1 in Kima-Sogi. At same time execute a slow but powerful punch with right fist to V.

Execute a middle punch to V with the left fist while maintaining Kima-Sogi.
