The described pattern reflects the form taught at the Volkshochschule München and Volkshochschule Pullach as well as associated Taekwon Do schools. Other schools may teach the pattern with slight differences. Ask your master for the correct form for your school. As differences are known to the author, they are marked.

Ready Posture: Moa-Sogi, the flat left hand lies on the flat right hand, both hands form a heart. Both hands are a width of a fist before the body, below the beltknot.

1.
Move the left foot to direction L1 into Kima-Sogi. At same time execute a middle block with the left palm. Execute in slow motion.

In same position execute a middle punch with the right fist.
