The described pattern reflects the form taught at the Volkshochschule München and Volkshochschule Pullach as well as associated Taekwon Do schools. Other schools may teach the pattern with slight differences. Ask your master for the correct form for your school. As differences are known to the author, they are marked.

Ready posture Moa-Sogi

1.
Move the left foot to L1 into Hugul-Sogi, while executing a middle block to L1 with a left reverse knife-hand.

Viewing direction L1.

2.
Execute a low side front snap kick (Ap-Chagi) to L1 with the left foot. Keep hands position as in 1.

3.
Lower the left foot to L1 and then move the right foot to L1 forming a left rear foot stance toward L1 Dit-Bal-Sogi while executing an upward block with the right palm.

Execute movements 2 and 3 in a connecting motion.

Move the right foot to R1 into Hugul-Sogi, while executing a middle block to R1 with a right reverse knife-hand.

Pull the left foot to the right foot, turn 180 degree clockwise and move the right foot in direction L2 into Hugul-Sogi, while executing a high side strike to L2 with the right back fist.

Twist the right fist counterclockwise and pull it to the body.
