Ap Chagi (Frontkick)

The weapon for the Ap Chagi is the ball of your foot. The Ap Chagi could be done from mostly any stance. For beginners it is most easly practiced from Narani-Sogi or Chongul-Sogi.

1.
First stand secure in an appropriate stance.
2.
Lift your knee.
3.
Pull up your toes.
4.
Snap out your lower leg.
5.
Pull the lower leg back on the same way.
6.
Put down your foot.
