Dolyo Chagi (Roundhouse Kick)
The weapon used for Dolyo Chagi is again the ball of the foot as with the 
Ap-Chagi. But instead of hitting from the
front, a circular movement is used to move around the opponents block.
The techniwues could be practiced most easily from
Hugul-Sogi.
 
- 1.
- Stand secure in Hugul-Sogi
- 2.
- Lift your back foot, and turn your hip (and of course your standing
foot), so that the knee points to your opponent (knee must be as high as
possible).
- 3.
- Bend the toes.
- 4.
- Now extend the leg in an explosive motion.
- 5.
- Now pull back the leg in the same way.
