Dolyo Chagi (Roundhouse Kick)

The weapon used for Dolyo Chagi is again the ball of the foot as with the Ap-Chagi. But instead of hitting from the front, a circular movement is used to move around the opponents block. The techniwues could be practiced most easily from Hugul-Sogi.

1.
Stand secure in Hugul-Sogi
2.
Lift your back foot, and turn your hip (and of course your standing foot), so that the knee points to your opponent (knee must be as high as possible).
3.
Bend the toes.
4.
Now extend the leg in an explosive motion.
5.
Now pull back the leg in the same way.
