The described pattern reflects the form taught at the Volkshochschule München and Volkshochschule Pullach as well as associated Taekwon Do schools. Other schools may teach the pattern with slight differences. Ask your master for the correct form for your school. As differences are known to the author, they are marked.

Ready posture: Narani-Sogi

1.
Move the left foot to direction L1 into Hugul-Sogi. At same time execute a halfhigh and high double block with both knife hands.

Move the right foot to direction L1 into Chongul-Sogi. At same time execute a high block with the left knifehand 2.9 and a high attack with the right knifehand (palm upside).

Turn on the left foot 180 degree to the right and move the right foot to direction R1 into Hugul-Sogi. At same time execute a halfhigh protecting block with both knife hands.

Move the left foot to direction R1 into Chongul-Sogi. At the same time execute a high thrust with the fingertips of the left hand into direction R1 (palm down).

Turn on the right foot to the left (counterclockwise) 270 degree, and move the left foot into direction R2 into Hugul-Sogi. At the same time execute a low block with the left outside forearm.

Move the left foot to direction R2 into Chongul-Sogi. At the same time grip the head of your imaginary opponent with both hands.

Execute a halfhigh roundhouse kick (Dolyo Chagi) with the left foot to direction V/R1.

Put down the left foot at the right one, turn 90 degree on the left foot to the right (clockwise), and move the right foot to direction H into Hugul-Sogi. At same time execute a U-shape block to H. 2.11

Move the right foot to direction H into Chongul-Sogi. At same time execute a halfhigh thrust with the fingertips of your right hand. The right hand is vertical, so the palm shows to the left. The left hand simultaneously goes underneath the the elbow of the right arm (palm point down) as an protection.

Turn on the right foot 270 degree to the left (counterclockwise), and move the left foot to direction L1 into Chongul-Sogi. At the same time execute a middle guarding block with the left forearm.
