Chungdan An Palmok Yop Makki
This block is used as an defense against fist to the head, or the upper
body. This is the second block a beginner learns. This block will mainly be
practiced
in Hugul-Sogi but is also
possible in other stances. For example in the fith Hyong
(Yul-Kok) in
Chongul-Sogi.
A description of the technique for example in right L-stance
(Hugul-Sogi) with the left arm.
- 1.
- Form a L-stance Hugul-Sogi
with the left foot in front. View in direction of the left foot.
- 2.
- Both arms crossed in front of the chest, the blocking arm is lower
than the other. The back of the hands show up.
Figure 2.14
