There are some variants out there of Toi-Gye Hyong.

First there are differences in movement 13 till 18. Originally there were only stamping motions. Later on, especially in the school of Master Kwon Jae-Hwa, the foot was lifted more and more to emphasize the stamping, till there was an high block with the foot and a stamping motion.

Second there are different orientations of movement 32, 34, 35, 36. In the USTF workout-bookfor example , the Chongul-Sogi in movement 32 is oriented toward L1, and the block toward L1/V. Movement 34 is oriented toward R1, and the block toward R1/V, movement 35 toward L1/V with block toward V, and movement 36 is oriented toward R1 and block toward R1/V.
